Gourmet Chef for the Stars & Her Journey With Food

Chef Paige graduated from Peter Krump’s Institute of Culinary Arts in 1997. She went onto become a private chef over thirty years in particular working with high profile, famous clients. The recurring theme throughout her career as a chef was her drive, determination and passion to perfect the art of cooking.

Born in New York City and raised there too, Paige now lives with her husband John in New Milford, Connecticut. They have a dog and three cats. When she’s not running the store or cooking, Paige loves to play tennis, go hiking and kayaking and also travelling. 


Her meticulous attention to details and the art of cooking has enabled her to open and run one of the most unique gourmet food stores in the USA and the only one in New Milford. New Milford is a happening place with lots of people relocating there with second and third homes. This has driven the demand for a luxury cheese and charcuterie shop.

The Vision for the Store

After cooking food for a host of celebrities, Chef Paige gained extensive knowledge and experience with various organic produce. Coupled with a desire to support local US farmers and artisans, as well as source products worldwide, the idea was born.
